This is a great place to bring your business. All of the employees care about your pets. Their groomer is fantastic and took extra care with our dog's arthritic joints. I feel very comfortable leaving my dogs in their care. They have lots of treat and chew options. There are also many types of raw foods if you're looking for that. I recommend checking them out for yourself.

I absolutely love the variety of raw & lightly cooked food they have helps with picky eaters so we can switch brands when they get bored. The staff is phenomenal! The RAW bar for treats is awesome. They do their research before adding new brands. By spending a little extra on good clean food will cost less in long run because it will mean less vet bills over the years! Igot my nephew to switch over his babies to raw & lightly cooked too and this is his go to store! The staff is extremely knowledgeable. They have a huge selection on clothes, leashes, quality food, seasons permitted costumes, treats, herbal supplements. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

Update 5/2025 The owners and workers are Always so kind and extremely knowledgeable, they have great selections in toys, food and stuff to help your pets health and great prices! the groomer lady is kind and is a miracle worker! You can tell all the workers and owners really love animals! I love supporting this small business, this world needs more places like this! The Groomer is a miracle worker!!! My fur baby has never been to the groomer and doesn't like people other than her family. Took her a couple times to meet the groomer before her spa day... She was massively matted. The groomer was able to shave her and clip her nails and I heard she was great and the groomer still had all ten fingers. I just wanted to cry and hug the groomer with joy!!! She went home so happy and our 2 year old was just fascinated with her new look. The staff was so welcoming, sweet and very helpful! I will shout high recommendations from the roof tops!!!

They were wonderful with my little senior dog. I was refused by 3 groomers cause of my dog’s age and size. They were nice enough to give us a chance. Definitely booking them for on going grooming. I got a very cool dog collar too. I was very impressed. Highly recommend.

I am new to the area from San Diego and looking for a patient, kind and fabulous groomer. Anise rose to my expectations and showed her expertise in all facets of grooming. I run a dog rescue and have doggies who are seniors with many issues. She was able to showcase her dog whisperer skills as well as her grooming skills and cater to their needs. 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗

I’ve been coming here for a while now. I would highly recommend them to all dog and cat owners. They are very helpful and knowledgeable with recommending foods/products that may help or be better suited for what my pet needs. Everything in here is natural and I would feel safe giving my pets anything in the store. They only carry good quality, healthy stuff. Also they have a rewards system, which allows me to get discounts.

They are my favorite location to buy everything for your pet. Yes Petco and Petsmart are good but hidden dangers are in pet food. Tom and Hound have done the research! Shop confidently here. They are the best!

This pet store is like heaven for animal lovers! They have such a great selection of toys and treats, plus the staff really knows their stuff. I found the perfect bed for my pup, and I can't wait to bring him in for a little shopping spree!
